Where are you based out of & do you travel?

 

I am based out of Calgary, AB, right next to the Canadian Rockies! I’m originally from the Maritimes, so I usually do a handful of weddings out there as well, and I grew up overseas, so travelling near and far is very close to my heart! I LOVE travelling to places old and new, just send me a message with the details of your day and we can discuss your custom travel quote.

Do you help with the photography planning process?

 

Absolutely! I’ve even developed session specific guides exclusively for my clients to help with everything from what-to-wear, engagement sessions, and weddings + elopements. And you can always send me a message or we can schedule a call if there is anything you need help with along the way!

What should we wear for our photography session?

 

I’ve created a ‘what to wear’ guide that is designed to help with any wardrobe Q’s you may have, but my best advice is always to wear whatever you feel the most comfortable, confident, and beautiful in. You can never go wrong with neutrals, and softer shades of colour, a flowy dress, and some accessories. I'm always here to help if you're having trouble deciding between outfit choices too.

What is your turnaround time & how will I receive my photos?

 

I always work as fast as I can to get your full album back to you , while ensuring each individual image gets the attention it deserves. BUT, I know just how hard it is to wait, so I always make sure to send over some sneak peeks within 7-10 days of your session with me. For couples + lifestyle sessions you will get your full album within 6-8 weeks, and for weddings you will get your full album within 10-12 weeks of your day. Your images will be delivered in a custom online gallery where you’ll be able to view, download, print, and share your images.

Do you offer albums & prints?

 

Yes, my custom store is integrated with your gallery, where you can order prints, heirloom albums, and more! You can also order these directly through me as well, just reach out with any inquiries and we will take it from there.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

If your session needs to be rescheduled, I will work with you to try and find a new date within one year of the original date scheduled, at no additional cost. If you have to cancel your wedding for any reason, I keep the sum of the retainer.

How do you backup our images?

 

I take the utmost care with your precious moments. Both of my camera’s have dual card slots, meaning that all of your images are backed up on two memory cards at all times. As soon as I arrive home, your images are backed up to 3 more times to ensure they are as safe as possible.
